The IPA represents over 300 ad agencies in the UK including Saatchi & Saatchi, OgilvyOne and JWT. After a very successful first year the IPA AdMission programme will be back for summer 2017 with 50, 10-week internships with various member agencies across the UK for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics students (penultimate and final years) across multiple roles.

The IPA is the professional institute for advertising. The IPA stands for thought leadership, best practice and continuous professional development. It represents 23,000 people in 300 agencies: as an industry they take on 1,000 graduates a year.

The IPA, in partnership with Step, is on the hunt for fresh new talent for the ad industry. Increasingly the world of AdLand has to combine art with science – logic with magic to bring technology and data into everything we do.  In order to achieve this, we need more STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) graduates to join our growing industry.

There will be 50 internship opportunities in some of the UK’s leading advertising agencies including: M&C Saatchi, Ogilvy and VML.  We are looking for people with the ability to research and analyse, creative problem solve, communicate clearly, work as part of a team and people who are naturally curious about human behaviour.
