This customer insights agency helps brands to provide a strategic understanding of their customers and creates products and services to facilitate their growth, which is done via both quantitative and quantitative research methods.
They are a relatively young, but successful and growing business with an impressive client list, many of them global businesses. An example of this is a leading Fast Food brand for whom they are particularly seeking to extend their resources and capabilities. This is where this position comes in – they are looking for a graduate to conduct quantitative research and provide vital insights into the global brand’s market data.
You will help manage and analyse the continuous online brand tracking study that they run for this popular brand, as well as being involved in other customer closeness strategies, and thus will play an important part of their team.
You will work closely with senior staff and senior clients, and you will directly see how your work impacts big brands on a daily basis. Further, this position will give you a real opportunity to apply your skills and passion for data, evaluation, and understand what makes people tick.
- You will be a graduate (or about to be one)ideally in a research focused and analytical degree subject, such as from a Science background, Maths, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, or Strategic Marketing
- You will need to be excited by the power of data and be skilled in number crunching and data analysis
- Ideally you will be capable SPSS or similar, and any other analytical tools you feel may be useful
The company is located in Leicester, but it is easily commutable from across the East Midlands.
Although this position is initially set out as an internship, the aim is for it to become a permanent position. The start date is as soon as possible, and the vacancy closing date is for guidance only – thus early applications are strongly advised.
