I should say a big big THANK YOU STEP for an incredible opportunity to work in a great company I'm currently employed in.
This placement opportunity gave me a possibility to present the knowledge and skills I had directly to employer, bypassing different sorts of employment agencies, which value only what is written on CV and not the actual skills a candidate possess.
Placement with Step is an attractive scheme for an employer also, as the company gets a qualified workforce while paying almost half of market price, without any future employment obligations which gives the employer and employee time to evaluate each other and make a decision whether they suit each other or not.
Thanks to Step I was able to secure my full time job in the company I had my placement and I highly recommend the programme.
