My experience of the STEP Graduate Placement Scheme was nothing but positive. The team at STEP were fantastic, especially Laura. I recieved excellent communication regarding securing the placement and they were very driven in helping me along every step of the way.
After working at eLinia for 8 out of the 12 weeks of the placement, I was offered a permanent position within the company and I am now the first ever eLinia Graduate Scheme employee!
The experience given by the STEP Scheme really has been invaluable and given the current job shortage, it was a vital bargaining tool for me to gain permanent employment within the IT Industry (I was also offered another position with Logica as a result of this experience which I subsequently declined).
I would definitely recommend the STEP Scheme to any Graduate!
