Since 1986 over 20,000 students have found fulfilling Step placement opportunities that have helped to kick-start their graduate careers.

Step no longer has a single corporate programme sponsor. By becoming a Friend of Step you can help us to help more students and recent graduates undertake career-enhancing placements. You can help in three ways:

As a Programme Friend
There’s no joining fee, but we expect you to become a programme advocate, helping us to promote Step within your area of interest

As a Supporting Friend
Sponsor just one student on a placement and in turn we will reference you on our Friends pages on the website

As a Premium Friend
Sponsor more than one student a year on a placement and we will give you your own dedicated company page on the website and a range of reputation-focused benefits
