Juniper Trading is a UK-based manufacturer of high-quality, customisable promotional goods, including notebooks, key fobs, folders, and luggage tags. They specialise in short-lead, branded, made-to-order products for resellers, agents, and distributors across multiple sectors.

An internship with Juniper offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation within a manufacturing and ERP context, developing practical skills that are highly valued across industries.

The Project
You will contribute to Juniper's Business Continuous Improvement Portfolio, supporting projects such as:

• Core Manufacturing Data Digitised and Validated in Odoo
• Product Pricing Errors Resolved and Root Cause Identified
• Complete and Accurate Product Information for ERP and Website
• ERP Manufacturing Refinement
• SharePoint Migration
• ERP System Update & Website Development
• Carbon Footprint Analysis

Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities

• Configure Odoo Manufacturing module (Bills of Materials, Routings, Work Centres).
• Gather and digitise production data from Excel/paper records.
• Validate ERP data for accuracy and operational readiness.
• Investigate and correct pricing errors; document root causes and recommendations.
• Update product information for ERP and website using templates and import/export tools.
• Communicate progress and document workflows clearly.

Person Specification We welcome applications from students and graduates studying: Business, Engineering, Operations Management with IT, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Other disciplines will also be considered, particularly those with strong focus on business applications.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic ERP knowledge (Odoo preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
