Not all recruitment is sales. Not all recruitment is about money-driven transactions, musical-chair temps, and first-past-the-post fee chasing.

Imagine a type of recruitment that creates life-changing career opportunities for determined, talented students. Imagine recruitment that bolsters , reputations, and successes.

Look no further. At Step Recruitment, we’re motivated by purpose – not just pounds. We’re a flagship brand of almost 40 years. We’re leading advocates for social mobility, diversity, and paid internships.

This is your opportunity to drive prestigious projects helping to place students on behalf of highly regarded UK universities. You will instigate the potentially life-changing industry kickstart to inspire often unsupported students towards their career dreams.

You’ll be working in a project team of four, as well as being part of Step Recruitment’s close-knit team as a whole. In 18 months, the goal is to secure further university projects. Long term, you could even progress to partner/director level.

If you’re professional, solution-focused, and proactive, you’ll thrive at Step. We’re a team that mucks in. We don’t hide problems with patter. You need to be emotionally intelligent, honest, and in tune with our brand ethos.
