We are committed to using AI responsibly, transparently and in accordance with our legal, ethical and data protection obligations. AI is used as a support tool to assist our staff in tasks such as content development, research, administration and the creation of learning resources. We do not rely on AI systems to make final decisions about individuals, recruitment outcomes or other significant matters. All such decisions remain the responsibility of Step employees.
Marketing and Promotional Content
Step Recruitment may use AI-assisted tools to support the creation of marketing and promotional materials, including website content, social media posts, campaigns and other communications. All content is developed, reviewed and approved by Step staff to ensure it reflects our values, professional standards and accurate information.
Training Materials and Intellectual Property
Our training materials, resources, workshops and learning content are created using the professional knowledge, expertise and experience of Step Recruitment personnel and remain the intellectual property of the organisation.
AI tools may be used to support the development of these materials; however, all content is subject to human review to ensure quality, accuracy, relevance and alignment with learning objectives. Where generative AI tools are used they are trained using Step’s own knowledge base.
