In collaboration with ESCP Business School, Step invites forward-thinking organisations to host high-calibre MBA students for 8 – 12 week full time placements.

About the Work Placement

Availability: MBA Graduates are available from 13th July 2026

Duration: Minimum of 8 weeks full time but can be longer if needed, up until December 2026

Format: On-site, hybrid, or remote

The projects completed during these work placements will be designed with you to add value to your business. There is an expectation that the MBA post graduate students will be paid in line with market rate.
