What You’ll Be Doing

• Formulate new materials and improve existing products
• Conduct testing and analysis of company and competitor samples
• Compile technical reports and support customer enquiries
• Assist with risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to project planning and delivery

• A degree in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
• Some hands-on lab or R&D experience (e.g., university projects, internships, placements)
