What You’ll Be Doing
- Formulate new materials and improve existing products
- Conduct testing and analysis of company and competitor samples
- Compile technical reports and support customer enquiries
- Assist with risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to project planning and delivery
- A degree in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Some hands-on lab or R&D experience (e.g., university projects, internships, placements)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for innovation and solution focused
