Have you graduated in a Bioscience discipline but don't want to work in a lab or healthcare setting? This is a great opportunity for you to be involved in a variety of services within the business, as they are seeking someone hands-on, with a scientific background who is willing to take on a challenge by supporting the day to day operations and upcoming projects. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project logistics, timelines, and deadlines
• Communicate with clients via email and calls
• Handle invoicing and confidential information
• Support across departments (marketing, communications, scientific content) as needed
• Collaborate closely with the Directors and wider team

What we’re looking for:

• A Scientific degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and trustworthy approach
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team

Desirable:

• Experience (even brief or as a placement) in a biotech start-up or similar environment
• Knowledge of marketing, communications and project management 
• Some familiarity with design tools or creative workflows
• Familiar with tools like Clickup ( Similar to Asana), Slack and Spreadsheets

The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on, demonstrating a strong ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently. They should be highly adaptable, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
