What You’ll Be Doing 
  
You’ll be trained to become a BREEAM Assessor: BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for buildings. It’s like project managing the environmental side of construction, helping clients meet sustainability goals across energy, pollution, waste, land use, and more. 
  
  • Learn how to carry out BREEAM, HQM, and DREAM assessments 
  • Advise architects, engineers, and contractors on how to improve building sustainability 
  • Compile environmental suitability reports and make recommendations 
  • Support with the management of multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Contribute to broader sustainability services like Life Cycle Assessments and Energy Modelling 
  
What You’ll Need 
  
You don’t need to be an expert but an awareness of BREEAM and a genuine interest in sustainable buildings is a must.  
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities 
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for sustainability
