What will you be doing?
- Providing Third Line IT Support for internal and external clients
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and EDR solutions. Visiting client sites to deliver hands-on support and build strong relationships.
- Assisting with infrastructure deployments, migrations, and cyber security implementations.
- Collaborating with senior engineers and contributing to continuous service improvement.
A recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen interest in IT infrastructure and cyber security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially in client-facing scenarios. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday.
