The Project: Digital Filing System & AI Integration
Cullum is undergoing a strategic digital transformation to streamline data management and prepare for AI integration. Over time, multiple systems have led to duplication and inefficiencies in how information is stored and accessed.

As a Digital Intern, you will:

• Interview key stakeholders across departments to understand current data practices.
• Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Design and pilot a centralised digital filing system.
• Lay the groundwork for future AI tools to interrogate data for tender preparation, supply chain management, and project tracking.

Person Specification
We welcome applications from candidates studying: Project Management, Business, History, Science, Engineering, Mathematics. Other disciplines will also be considered, particularly those with strong elements of research, planning, and analytics.
