The Project
Customer feedback shows that the current data dashboard for our OpenSmartMonitor system fall slightly below market expectations. While the hardware outperforms competitors, their dashboards offer superior clarity and depth. The aim is to develop an enhanced data platform that makes Devtank's offering market-leading.
Your mission:
- Understand how they currently collect, display, and use data from OSM sensors.
- Analyse customer feedback and market research to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Investigate best-in-class visualisation tools and AI-driven reporting solutions.
- Build a demo dashboard implementing AI and statistical tools to interpret data effectively.
- Present findings and the prototype to Devtank's senior leadership team.
- Review existing data collection and visualisation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer focus groups.
- Research visualisation tools, statistical methods, and AI technologies.
- Develop and test a prototype dashboard using real-world IoT data.
- Prepare a final report and presentation for senior leadership.
