We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate with a science background to start their career in a globally active company within the fragrance industry starting February/March 2026.

This well-established company has a strong presence in the natural products and fragrance industry and are looking for a candidate with a clear passion for flavours and essential oils to join the team, working alongside dedicated colleagues on long and short-term projects while receiving full mentorship support.

The ideal candidate will have a science-based degree background (preferably chemistry) and a willingness to learn.

Opportunities for you:
  • Learn how to perform physical testing and organoleptic evaluation. Opportunity could be given to learn other testing methods such as GC analysis, HPLC testing, titration etc, previous experience and/or knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Work on development projects for flavours, fragrances and sales presentations, learning how to showcase them in applications.
  • Contribute to in-house presentations for visitors/customers.

Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will consist of handling, receipt and shipping of incoming and outgoing samples, therefore previous lab experience would be useful. Strong communication skills are required as you will be corresponding and communicating with many teams within the business and liaising with customers to update on order progress. Being responsible for maintaining a high standard of organisation of warehouse samples and aroma chemicals is another key part of this role.
  
Requirements:
  • Must have general computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to be flexible and the ability to prioritise.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple assignments as needed and work efficiently.
  • Basic laboratory skills are a plus.
  • A willingness to learn and to follow instructions.
  • A genuine interest and passion for working with essential oils and natural products

This will be full time office-based role, typical hours of work would be 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday
