About LV Bespoke
LV Bespoke is a fast-growing, design-led manufacturing business based in Norfolk. With a team of around 10 people spanning leadership, production, sales and marketing, the company has experienced significant growth in demand.
As the business scales, there is a strong focus on improving how operations run behind the scenes, particularly across orders, production, and stock management.
The Opportunity
They are looking for a proactive and analytical intern to support a key digital transformation project.
Currently, many of the processes are manual, orders are printed and physically moved through production, tracking is limited and forecasting is challenging. This can lead to inefficiencies, particularly in stock planning and material sourcing.
This internship will play a crucial role in digitising and connecting the operations, laying the groundwork for a future ERP system and helping the business scale more efficiently.
The internship is hybrid but requires regular onsite presence at the office in Reepham, Norwich. It is part time, working 25-30 hours a week (3 full days) for 6 weeks totalling 225 hours.
What You'll Be Working On

- Mapping current workflows across sales, production and fulfilment
- Identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Supporting the design of a centralised order tracking system
- Helping introduce stock tracking and inventory visibility
- Assisting with automation between Shopify, HubSpot and internal systems
- Organising and structuring data across platforms

- Replace manual order tracking with a digital system
- Improve real-time visibility of stock and materials

We're looking for someone who is:
- Studying or recently graduated in Business, Data Analytics, IT, Operations or a related field
- Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, databases, or similar tools)
- Interested in systems, automation, and process improvement
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly across teams
- Curious about how businesses scale and improve operations
This is an opportunity to join a high-impact, real-world project that will directly shape how a growing business operates. Gain hands-on experience in digital transformation, systems and data, collaborate within an ambitious and fast-growing SME and play a key role in influencing future systems.
