Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Supporting the creation, coordination and maintenance of digital project models and technical drawing information.
- Working with architects, engineers and designers to ensure project information is accurate, coordinated and up to date.
- Assisting with model reviews and identifying potential design conflicts before construction.
- Producing plans, drawings and technical information using industry-standard design software.
- Helping improve digital processes, standards and ways of working across projects.
We are looking for a motivated graduate with a passion for digital design, engineering and technology.
You should have:
- A degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Digital Construction, Design Engineering or a related discipline.
- An interest in BIM, digital engineering, construction technology or technical design.
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD or similar design software through university projects, placements, internships or personal development.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with technical information.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to collaborate with a range of professionals.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A willingness to learn new technologies, systems and ways of working.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project deadlines.
- Knowledge of BIM principles and collaborative digital design processes.
- Experience working on design, construction, infrastructure or engineering projects through study, placements or internships.
- Familiarity with software such as Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar digital collaboration tools.
