food manufacturing with a growing digital ecosystem to support its operations.
 
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a student or graduate to work directly with the Founder on a live digital transformation project. You will help improve how operational data is collected, managed and reported across the business, working with both technical systems and production teams to implement meaningful digital improvements.
 
You will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, dashboards, process automation, digital forms, reporting tools, operational data analysis and AI-assisted development within a real manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Review and map existing operational and administrative processes.
• Audit at least eight manual or paper-based processes currently used across the business.
• Gather requirements and information from communicating colleagues and production staff.
• Analyse existing digital systems, dashboards and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to digitise and streamline business processes.
• Help configure and launch electronic forms for factory-floor operations.
• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools across the business.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data visibility.
• Deliver staff training on new digital tools and gather user feedback.
• Produce user guides, process documentation and project recommendations.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented solutions. What You'll Be Working With

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is curious, analytical and excited by technology and process improvement.
Relevant Degree Subjects would include: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Technologies or a related discipline.
