Students and Graduates can download and keep their Personality Profile. Meanwhile the logic test will give applicants an indication of how effectively they can process complex information and draw accurate conclusions.
Alva Labs psychometric testing will be integrated in to the Step screening and graduate recruitment process. It will allow the team to objectively search for relevant traits and preferences without referring to CVs.
