Step will be offering Alva Labs testing to every candidate that registers with Step.  This will be completely optional but we believe this will provide graduates invaluable insight in to their preferences, work styles and the personality traits which they can maximise as they head in to their first graduate job. Students and Graduates can download and keep their Personality Profile. Meanwhile the logic test will give applicants an indication of how effectively they can process complex information and draw accurate conclusions.

Alva Labs psychometric testing will be integrated in to the Step screening and graduate recruitment process.  It will allow the team to objectively search for relevant traits and preferences without referring to CVs.
