I’m Adiba and I’m the Student Employability Support Officer for Year 1 master’s students at The University of Greenwich.

My role is to support students within the Faculty of Engineering and Science at the University of Greenwich. Through workshops, training sessions and 1‑to‑1 guidance, I help students strengthen their employability skills and build confidence in their professional skills. I am committed to ensuring every student feels supported, prepared and empowered as they work towards securing their industrial placements.

Alongside my role, I am currently studying Psychology BSc at Nottingham Trent University. Having gone through the placement search myself while managing university commitments, I recognise how valuable it is to feel supported and guided throughout the process. This motivates me to help students feel confident, prepared and reassured throughout the placement search.
