My name is Lilly and I am the newest addition here at Step and my role is Admin and Recruitment Apprentice meaning that while working, I am also studying and attending college once a month working towards my coursework, portfolio and End Point Assessment.
My day to day tasks consist of supporting the Business Manager by calling and emailing candidates, reviewing CVs and applications, recording data and keeping records up to date allowing me to support our candidates and being able to offer them employability advice.
