Within the role, you will use your communication skills to talk directly to customers. You will also get to use your IT skills to troubleshoot software and process related issues and document the solutions. Whilst you progress, there is opportunity to get involved in development, installations, upgrades, and training customers to use the software.
The company specialises in ERP Software, so you will mainly be supporting companies with any issues that arise in their use of their systems.
Essential Skills

- General IT knowledge (Microsoft Applications, servers, browsers, remote desktop connection etc).
- Communication skills both on phone calls and written communication.
- Experience with ERP/business systems and applications. (e.g., Priority, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Winman).
- Understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials, Bookkeeping or Stock.
- Experience working in a support desk environment.
