As part of a small, supportive laboratory team, you’ll play a vital role at the very start of the production process. From assessing, matching, and testing colours to issuing blend sheets and collaborating closely with production, you’ll help ensure every order meets exacting quality standards.

This role is ideal for a science graduate, chemistry preferred, or someone with hands‑on lab experience looking to deepen their technical skills.

What you’ll do:

• Match, test, and assess colours using a range of lab techniques
  (e.g., injection moulding, enamel spraying, screen printing)
• Carry out visual assessments and quality control testing
• Issue products using dedicated software and liaise with production throughout the process
• Work with quality and commercial teams to maintain standards
• Organise and match samples, monitor stock, and minimise waste
• Maintain lab hygiene, safety, PPE use, and reporting procedures
• Support other tasks as required by Production Management
