As a global leader in natural ingredients, essential oils, flavours, and fragrances. The company has nearly 100 years of industry expertise and in their state-of-the-art facility they are looking to welcome a motivated and ambitious Graduate Samples Coordinator to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who has a genuine passion for flavours, fragrances and natural products. Someone eager to build their knowledge within a creative and fast-paced manufacturing environment while working with a range of departments will be best suited to the role.
About the Role
As the Graduate Samples Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of product samples and ensuring excellent communication between departments and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the receipt, handling, and shipment of incoming and outgoing samples
- Coordinating with logistics, sales, and quality teams regarding sample movements and follow-up actions.
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve any delays.
- Maintaining a highly organised sample warehouse and work area.
- Participating in sensory training, including aroma evaluation and the handling of natural products and aroma chemicals.

This includes:
- Training in physical testing and organoleptic evaluation techniques.
- Potential exposure to analytical methods such as GC, HPLC, and titration testing.
- Involvement in flavour and fragrance development projects.
- Supporting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Participation in customer visits and in-house presentations.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Time Management skills to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in essential oils, natural products, flavours, and fragrances.
- Basic laboratory experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
