The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the company's business management platform, Joinery Core. Working closely with management, purchasing and production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring business-critical information is accurate, accessible and effectively used throughout the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
You will help maintain the accuracy of project, stock, purchasing, and production information within Joinery Core, ensuring data is up to date and readily available to teams across the business. As projects progress, you will monitor key information, identify discrepancies or gaps and work with colleagues to improve the quality and consistency of data.
The role will also involve reviewing existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. You will support communication between office-based and production teams, helping to ensure everyone is working from the same information and that projects continue to move forward efficiently.
Alongside day-to-day system management, you will analyse operational data, produce reports and insights for management and provide recommendations that help improve the effectiveness and adoption of the company's digital systems.

What You'll Gain
This internship provides the opportunity to work with a live ERP and business management system used to support manufacturing operations. You will gain practical experience of data management, process improvement, project coordination, purchasing, stock control and operational planning while working closely with senior leaders across the business.
You will also develop valuable skills in digital transformation, business analysis, stakeholder engagement and problem solving, while delivering a project that creates measurable improvements for the company.
