We’re passionate about what we do. And we are proud of our hard-won reputation among Universities, businesses and government.
We have harnessed the expertise and knowledge that underpinned our management of the highly acclaimed Shell Step programme until 2009 into a sustainable business model. Step continues to be cited by Government and leading employer groups like the FSB, IoD and CBI as a model of best practice in meeting the talent needs of business and supporting the employability and development needs of students and graduates.
Working with select partners including universities and enterprise agencies, the Step programme is available nationwide to meet the needs of employers and to provide students and graduates with a meaningful and developmental step on their career.
We can help develop and deliver graduate programmes for one to two graduates a year to a larger scale 50+ placement programme to support a client’s graduate talent pipeline.
We are always interested to hear from new prospective Step partners, to share our expertise and to ensure UK business, students and graduates continue to reap the benefits of Step.
1999 wasn’t necessarily the best year ever: Bill Clinton took on an intern and got impeached, My Space was launched and Lance Armstrong, err, ‘won’ his first Tour de France, but more positively it was also the year Step Enterprise, the team behind all things ‘step’ was launched! And we’ve been delivering placements and internships for students and graduates ever since.
